In addition to exuberant peonies in May, their field is abloom with both sun and shade-loving specialty foliage gardens. They believe, “one can never have too many flowers to enjoy!”

Emerald Design is a full-service florist in downtown Evansville, Indiana specializing in a garden-style aesthetic. We offer event services, subscriptions, custom arrangements, plants, and botanical themed gifts. We source locally grown flowers whenever possible from farmers in our area as well as from our own cutting garden. We believe in making floristry as sustainable as possible. All of our designs are foam-free and we do not use any artificial dyes or bleaches. We offer a vase recycling program and prioritize eco-conscious vendors. Delivery within 20 miles.

Nature inspires our work and holds us accountable to sustainable practices including sourcing as much as possible from our gardens and local farms during the growing season. Using local flowers and foliage gathered in season brings an authenticity to our design style. Gathering stems from the garden brings us joy and reminds us that we are just a part of all living things when we awake a slumbering bee resting in a zinnea in the morning, or greet a praying mantis climbing in the boxwood hedge.
